About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Consultant to join our Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role, responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships. You will review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within the Treasury Management Consulting functional area. You will independently resolve moderately complex issues, lead a Treasury Management Consulting team to meet project deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You will also lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional Treasury Management initiatives with broad business impact and long‑term strategic objectives
  • Deep expertise in Treasury Management solutions, including payments, liquidity, cash flow optimization, and risk management, with the ability to guide high‑stakes decision‑making
  • Strong capability to analyze and resolve large‑scale, multi‑faceted business, operational, or technical challenges, including those involving ambiguity or unprecedented factors
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound, compliant decisions grounded in a thorough understanding of Treasury Management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Effective collaborator and influencer, skilled at partnering with peers, senior leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals
  • Experience leading Treasury Management Consulting projects or teams, or serving as a trusted peer mentor and subject‑matter expert
