Requirements

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and account management in logistics or related industries.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, including planning, sourcing, and distribution processes.
Hands-on Logistics Management experience, such as freight coordination, route optimization, and carrier management.
Experience using transportation or logistics management systems and proficiency with common office software tools.
Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and make decisions that improve operational performance and profitability.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation services is highly beneficial.
