About The Position

Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking an on-site Sr. Coordinator for an immediate need within our Applewood-Vaughan location. The Sr. Coordinator is a part of the Concord Transportation Dispatch team and responsible for the day-to-day dispatching and private fleet of our private fleet driving team, monitoring e-logs for ministry compliance, Driver and equipment scheduling and other various private fleet dispatching responsibilities.

Requirements

• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field (commercial carriers or private fleet)
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note)
• Team-oriented, committed, driven, assertive, curious and self-directed
• Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, adaptable to change and able to reprioritize on short notice

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with JD Edwards (AS/400), SAP considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Communicating with internal & external stakeholders
• Managing Email at NSC and Applewood.
• Dispatching Private-Fleet operations
• Modifying routes and expediting urgent shipping requests
• Managing order traffic into priority sequence for Operations processing
• Building delivery routes for Private Fleet operations
• Managing transportation related customer service requests
• Provide guidance or technical assistance to organizational projects
