The Senior Transaction Manager will provide oversight and management of the delivery of real estate services to client(s), focusing on effective management of real estate functions, contracts, negotiations, and all required transaction services. This role involves managing and negotiating advanced transactions, including market optimization, site identification and selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewals. The Senior Transaction Manager will lead major or high-profile transactions with minimal assistance, compile and provide accurate tracking and reporting of client deliverables, and monitor the workload of the team and/or managers. A key aspect of this role is understanding client(s) strategic real estate goals and implementing corresponding real estate plans. The position also includes providing leadership and guidance through the onboarding and training of new team members, creating and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external parties, and managing day-to-day client interactions and expectations. The Senior Transaction Manager will participate in team and client objectives to ensure targets and goals are achieved, provide a high level of customer service, and manage or execute special projects as assigned. Demonstrating initiative by taking on additional projects and responsibilities, and assisting with the preparation of transaction documents for new business pursuits are also expected.
