The Senior Transaction Manager will provide oversight and management of the delivery of real estate services to client(s), focusing on effective management of real estate functions, contracts, negotiations, and all transaction services required. This role involves managing and negotiating advanced transactions, including market optimization, site identification, lease terms, and renewals. The Senior Transaction Manager will lead major or high-profile transactions with minimal assistance, compile and provide accurate tracking and reporting of client deliverables, and monitor the workload of the team. A key aspect of this role is understanding client strategic real estate goals and implementing corresponding real estate plans, while also providing leadership and guidance through the onboarding and training of new team members. The position requires creating and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external parties, providing regular feedback to leadership, and managing day-to-day client interactions and expectations. Participation in team and client objectives is crucial to ensure targets are met, alongside providing a high level of customer service to clients and vendors. The role may also involve managing or executing special projects and demonstrating initiative by taking on additional responsibilities. Assistance with the preparation of transaction documents for new business pursuits is also expected.
