The Senior Training Specialist will specialize as an Oracle Trainer and will promote efficiency and operational effectiveness by leading the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning solutions that support Oracle system adoption across the organization (Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, Oracle Financials, Oracle Procurement / Supply Chain SCM). The primary focus for this position is to support employees, managers, and key business stakeholders through system-related training initiatives that improve end-user proficiency, process consistency, and business readiness. This position partners closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, system owners, and project teams to identify training needs, assess performance gaps, and translate business requirements into practical, scalable learning solutions. The ideal candidate is open-minded, creative, highly collaborative, an outstanding listener, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This role is considered a Senior Professional (P3) who applies advanced knowledge of instructional design, facilitation, system training, and workforce development practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports; however, the role is expected to influence stakeholders, guide subject matter experts, and model learning best practices across supported teams.
