Equifax is seeking a Senior Trainer to ensure teams across the US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit are fluent and confident in the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to perform well in their roles. This position involves leading the delivery of high-stakes training programs, directly impacting the speed and proficiency of new hires and the continued excellence of experienced employees. The role follows a hybrid work schedule (Tuesday-Thursday in office) and requires in-office presence at the Midtown location in the One Atlantic Center building or at the Alpharetta office. Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of dedicated experience in Training, Group Facilitation, and Program Delivery for a large, professional organization
  • Methodology and Framework Familiarity: Demonstrated familiarity with one or more key sales methodologies (e.g., Sprint Selling, MEDDPICC, Challenger) and frameworks for leadership development (e.g., Multipliers, Inclusive Leadership, Radical Candor, etc.)
  • Facilitation Mastery: Demonstrated mastery of facilitation techniques with the ability to lead high-energy sessions, manage group dynamics, and maintain engagement across diverse audience levels, especially in virtual environments
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to flex training style and content to effectively support an array of audiences and collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., HR, L&D, Product, Sales Ops)
  • Technical Fluency: Proficiency in utilizing virtual training and meeting platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, WebEx, etc.)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice To Haves

  • Sales Background: Experience in a direct quota-carrying sales role, specifically within the financial services, data, or technology industry
  • Certification: Certification in Training/facilitation and/or Instructional Design (e.g., CPTD)
  • Platform Knowledge: Direct, hands-on experience training on Salesforce (CRM) or using sales engagement platforms as a training tool
  • Corporate Structure: Previous experience operating within a centralized HR L&D structure while supporting dedicated business units
  • Expertise in Sprint Selling: Certification, deep functional knowledge, and/or experience in applying the Sprint Selling methodology
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of the financial services, data, or technology industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead Program Delivery: Expertly design and deliver highly engaging virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions for USIS teams, including new hire, leadership, and sales-focused training (occasional in-person facilitation may be required)
  • Support All Functional Areas: Develop and deliver training for all USIS teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Finance, Technology, etc.) for USIS University
  • Content Curation and Preparation: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across functions to consult, curate, and prepare content for timely and high-quality training delivery
