This position involves a high level of leadership, critical thinking, and collaboration with team members to ensure that training programs are effective and meet business needs. The Sr. Driver Trainer will also train newly hired drivers, lead training and quality assurance initiatives for new and existing staff, anticipate training needs, and provide problem-solving support to address any issues that arise in the field. This position requires a reliable, proactive individual who will go the extra mile to ensure operational success and safety.
