About The Position

As a Senior Trade Show and Experiential Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver strategic, high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) trade show and experiential marketing programs. This outbound, customer-facing role focuses on driving brand equity, demand generation, and multi-channel integration across Tier 1 domestic and international industry events. Working across multiple teams and organizations, the position defines experiential marketing strategies and tracks closed-loop ROI to maximize corporate growth. Applies advanced experiential marketing and event operations knowledge to solve complex business issues, serving as the organization’s subject matter expert (SME). This role frequently introduces cutting-edge event methodologies and leads large-scale, cross-functional project teams. Operating with significant independent judgment, this individual manages high-stakes vendor contracts and represents the brand directly to Tier 1 external customers, executives, and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred – but not mandatory (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of event marketing experience preferred, with a proven track record of working on multi-million-dollar Tier 1 third-party trade shows.
  • Mastery of event marketing principles, trade show ecosystem dynamics, contract negotiation, and exhibit house management.
  • Advanced budget forecasting, vendor cost containment, and rigorous fiscal oversight skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with a proven ability to align, lead, and influence matrixed, global, and virtual teams.
  • Sharp analytical capabilities to distill complex trade show data into actionable optimization plans.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and mentor a matrixed ecosystem of product marketing managers (PMMs), brand teams, partner organizations, and external creative agencies to ensure unified event execution.
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, general contractors, exhibit design houses, union labor regulations, and complex on-site schedules.
  • Using key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, implement closed-loop post-event analysis to quantify lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee the translation of core product value propositions into engaging live activations, digital booth components, and interactive customer journeys.
