The Senior Total Rewards Specialist (Compensation Design & Delivery) supports the design, administration, and ongoing management of compensation programs, including compensation analysis, market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary range management, pay equity, and annual merit and pay‑for‑performance cycles. The role partners with business leaders and HR stakeholders to support informed decision making and attract, engage, and retain talent across Sienna’s communities and Support Services Office. It requires advanced compensation expertise, independent judgment, and the ability to manage complex and sensitive issues.
