The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) is a critical field-based role designed to deliver impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving the adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients. The TAS achieves this by providing a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deep scientific dialogue consistent with product labels, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3. This role involves building and maintaining strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum. The TAS also collaborates with other BMS functions to ensure a high Cx by meeting HCP needs scientifically and timely, while prioritizing the safe and appropriate use of BMS products and focusing on business results and company values. The TAS is expected to spend a significant portion of their time in the field with external customers.
