The Opportunity As part of the Software and Product Innovation - Quality Engineering team you are responsible for leading the testing and quality assurance efforts for large-scale software projects, focusing on delivering exceptional systems to customers. As a Senior Manager, you are expected to utilize your knowledge to innovate processes, drive results, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to achieve project success. You are tasked with guiding teams through complex testing methodologies, integrating business applications, and contributing to thought leadership on testing tools and practices, while fostering diverse and inclusive teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes
Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role.
