About The Position

Erias Ventures is seeking a Test Engineer to plan, develop, execute, and automate testing activities for software applications, middleware, and infrastructure deployed in High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments. The role validates system requirements and helps ensure HPC systems are reliable, scalable, performant, secure, and operationally ready.

Requirements

Eight years of experience as a Test Engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
A bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; four additional years of Test Engineer experience may substitute for the degree.
Current Top-Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph, obtained within the past seven years. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance for this position.
Experience using the Linux command-line interface and Linux tools.
Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting for task automation.
Strong understanding of Linux system administration fundamentals.
At least three years of software testing, quality assurance, or validation experience in Linux environments.
Experience developing and executing test plans for HPC systems.
Experience integrating and testing REST APIs related to HPC systems.
Demonstrated experience with defect tracking and resolution processes.
Experience with software testing methodologies and test lifecycle management.
Experience developing automated test solutions and validation frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools, including GitLab CI.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman.
Experience with Git source control.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite, including JIRA and Confluence.
Familiarity with Splunk for searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated data.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code principles and automation tools, including Ansible.
