About The Position

BAE Systems, Inc. is searching for a Senior Test Engineer with experience in developing automated test software solutions. The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter, able to complete assignments with little oversight while being available as a subject matter expert and technical lead to their team. They must be able to assume a full or partial lead role as circumstances dictate, and be able to quickly and dynamically switch focus to accommodate the daily activities of an engineering team supporting a production environment. This individual should be comfortable providing accurate technical status to program management or direction to individual contributors as part of their job function, as well as interfacing with other engineering disciplines as necessary. This role is part of the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) team, which focuses on developing leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. The position is located in Southern New Hampshire (Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack, and Manchester).

Requirements

10+ years of experience.
2+ years of professional test development and integration experience.
Hardware and Software Integration experience.
Good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication.
Proficiency in Object-oriented programming (C/C++/C# etc.).

Experience with RF test development for production, employing RF Test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, PNA-X etc.).
Experience with RF Measurement techniques and ability to diagnose and resolve to root cause measurement anomalies.
Takes initiative and has a closure-oriented nature.
Experience with SW version control and bug tracking tools.
Experience with National Instruments FlexRIO (LabVIEW FPGA/VHDL/Verilog a plus).
JTAG/Boundary project development in an ATE solution.
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
Experience with Git and Tortoise Git.
Strong leadership skills.

Design and develop test solutions.
