About The Position
SAIC is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support the US Navy in Crane, IN. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and equipment for the EA18G FST. The engineer will provide test area parameters for sample testing, specify tests to be performed, compile data, and define necessary changes in testing equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
Requirements

- Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed
- Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements
Responsibilities
- Integration of test hardware and software elements for new test program sets of receiver systems
- Debug existing test hardware and software
- Identify and address test gaps and escapes between assembly levels
- Writes test procedures and updates current documentation
- Test of RF and Microwave components to include VSWE, insertion loss, Phase Matching and Noise Figure.
