About The Position

We are currently looking for a Senior Test Data Manager to join the Home Journey program of our client, a major Nordic bank. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us. The Home Journey program covers the full end-to-end process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. Working in a diverse, international and agile environment, you will establish a strategic Test Data Management (TDM) process and drive its adoption across teams, enabling scalable, compliant and automation-ready testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in testing, QA or data management
• Proven experience establishing enterprise Test Data Management capabilities
• Experience conducting TDM assessments, defining strategies and designing operating models
• Strong experience with TDM processes, data masking and anonymisation, GDPR and regulatory compliance, end-to-end testing, test automation and AI utilisation, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/DevOps delivery
• Experience with test data masking, subsetting, synthetic data creation, cloning and provisioning
• Experience managing test data across multiple applications, integrated platforms and distributed teams
• Experience with web services, SOAP and SOA testing, Jenkins and mobile performance testing
• Experience and understanding of mainframe systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• English at B2 level or higher

Nice To Haves

• Banking, mortgage or financial services domain knowledge
• Experience with home-buying or customer onboarding journeys
• Experience with TDM tools such as Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Informatica TDM or Broadcom TDM, or with synthetic data generation tools

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the test data strategy, and establish governance, an ownership model and an operating framework together with the Central Data Provisioning team
• Create TDM policies covering data provisioning, masking, retention and refresh cycles, and define KPIs and reporting for TDM effectiveness
• Assess current test data processes, tools and responsibilities, identify gaps, risks, dependencies and inefficiencies, and map critical business journeys and data dependencies
• Design the target TDM operating model, set up self-service capabilities for teams, and define roles and responsibilities across ARTs and teams
• Define an automated test data provisioning approach and integrate TDM into CI/CD pipelines, enabling on-demand test data generation and refresh
• Drive PoC and pilot activities, and lead the rollout and adoption of TDM across the Home Journey program
