About The Position

The Senior Technology Project / Program Manager will own end‑to‑end execution for a defined set of strategic customer accounts, translating customer requirements into executable supply plans and ensuring reliable delivery across Intel Foundry’s internal and external ecosystem. This role acts as the execution hub for customer supply, partnering closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and account teams. The successful candidate will balance hands‑on execution with the ability to build scalable processes, operating models, and governance that enable Intel Foundry’s long‑term growth and customer commitments. This is a high‑visibility role with significant influence on customer outcomes during an important transformation phase for Intel.

Requirements

  • A Master’s or MBA in Business, Supply chain, Engineering or related fields and with 10 + years of experience supply chain, procurement, order management, customer operations, manufacturing coordination, or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years of experience managing demand, purchase orders, supply coordination, escalation management or execution workflows in a complex environment.
  • 10+ years of experience improving or building operational processes in a changing organization.
  • 10+ years of experience working cross-functionally with planning, sourcing, operations, logistics, finance, or account teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting strategic customer accounts or customer fulfillment operations.
  • Previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end execution for assigned strategic customer accounts.
  • Translate customer demand, forecasts, and changes into internal and external supply actions.
  • Track order acknowledgments, lead times, shipment status, and delivery commitments.
  • Actively manage risks, escalations, and constraints impacting customer supply.
  • Coordinate across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and account teams to ensure execution discipline.
  • Monitor supplier capacity and delivery risks that may affect customer commitments.
  • Drive near‑term execution using existing processes and systems.
  • Help define and implement future‑state operating models, workflows, governance, and tools.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable execution methods that improve speed, predictability, and transparency.
  • Influence systems and process improvements as Intel Foundry continues to grow.
