This is a highly visible, customer-facing role responsible for enterprise-level project oversight and consultative support across the State of Florida Enterprise. This position serves internal teams within the Florida Digital Service and external agency partners by promoting effective project delivery, strengthening project management practices, and supporting statewide digital transformation initiatives. This position performs independent oversight of information technology projects in accordance with Florida Statute, provides consultative guidance to improve project outcomes, and drives Florida’s digital transformation by effectively facilitating the delivery of solutions and services designed to further the mission of the Florida Digital Service and meet customer needs in the areas of technology project management, data interoperability, and cybersecurity. In addition to oversight and consultative responsibilities, this role serves as a subject matter expert in project and program management practices by providing guidance, supporting the development and maintenance of procedures and documentation, and contributing to training and knowledge sharing across the State of Florida Enterprise.
