We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Developer / Administrator to join our Managed Services / Application Support team. This role focuses on the ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise SAP landscapes to ensure high availability, performance, and stability for production systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Approximately 3 + years of hands‑on SAP BASIS experience, preferably in Managed Services (AMS), Application Support, or Production Support environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within diverse technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP BASIS or SAP HANA certification
  • Experience with Cloud or hybrid SAP environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Basic scripting abilities (Shell, PowerShell, Python)

Responsibilities

  • Provide end‑to‑end SAP BASIS support across DEV, QA, and Production environments
  • Monitor SAP systems for availability, performance, background jobs, spool, and system health
  • Handle incident, problem, and service request tickets in line with SLAs and support procedures
  • Support patching, kernel upgrades, and support packs under change management processes
  • Manage user administration, roles, authorizations, and audit‑related activities
  • Troubleshoot BASIS issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
