The Chief People Organization (CPO) is entering a defining phase of transformation, driven by rapid advances in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital employee experiences. We are seeking a senior technology leader to operate horizontally across the CPO technology landscape and help shape how emerging technologies are governed, prioritized, delivered, and scaled. This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, product leadership, and people enablement. You will establish and lead an enterprise ready approach to AI intake, governance, innovation, and delivery while also overseeing key employee facing platforms, including HR related Erica for Employees capabilities and the Flagscape Mobile team. Requirements

  • A senior technology leader with experience operating across portfolios, not just within a single product or platform.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, technology innovation, proof of concepts, and governance in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI & Emerging Technology Enablement across CPO
  • Establish a horizontal AI governance and operating model for CPO technology, including intake, pipeline, prioritization, and inventory across vendor platforms.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Risk, GIS, and Compliance to ensure AI solutions are responsible, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Drive POC’s through to production, balancing speed to value with resiliency, controls, and scalability.
  • Stay ahead of industry and technology trends, translating innovation into practical, business ready outcomes.
  • Act as a Product-Oriented Technology Leader
  • Partner with business to define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI enabled HR capabilities and employee facing technologies.
  • Align business needs, regulatory considerations, and technical feasibility into a cohesive delivery plan.
  • Make informed trade-offs between planned and emerging work to maximize value for associates and the business.
