The manager will lead and mentor a team of testers and automation engineers, partner closely with development and product teams, and drive measurable improvements in quality, cycle time, and release confidence. Success in this role requires a balance of strong testing fundamentals, technical depth, leadership capability, and the ability to translate AI innovations into practical value for the organization.
