About The Position

The Senior Technology Analyst evaluates business processes, recommends and develops innovative solutions, and improves processes using digital standards and technology. Analysts also lead, train, advise, and mentor Supply Chain Management (SCM) staff to enable an end-to-end digital supply chain. The position requires a strong background in supply chain, finance, engineering, or healthcare, together with expertise in digital technology such as analytics, process automation, APIs, and product management. They are expected to exercise diplomacy, initiative, and organizational skills; communicate effectively with internal and external audiences; build trust and confidence; and maintain strong customer relationships. The role calls for a self-directed person who can multitask and handle ambiguity. The analyst may serve as a member or leader of systems leadership groups, project teams, oversight groups, or Supply Chain and Accounting Technology Review (SCATR), supporting long-term goals through consultation, process leadership, and digital transformation. Responsibilities also include staying informed about industry trends, establishing data-driven and digitally enabled methodologies, maintaining the project portfolio, advising on strategic initiatives, and tracking value. The analyst may participate in or lead industry advisory or user groups and must communicate technology insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including through presentations. This is a hybrid position. Eligible candidates must be located within 100 miles of a Mayo Clinic campus for occasional on-site work based on business needs.
