About The Position

Our client in Gresham, Oregon, is looking for a Senior Technician-Equipment (CMP) to join their team! This is an on-site/full-time/direct-hire position. This position will support maintenance of CMP equipment on the back-nights compressed workweek shift (Wed, Thu, Fri, every other Sat, 6:15 PM to 6:30 AM). Must practice excellent troubleshooting methods and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• AA degree (or planned completion in current academic year) in a technical field. Or equivalent military training or technical degree.
• 7+ years of experience in CMP equipment maintenance.
• Electronic and mechanical aptitude.
• Passion for electronic and mechanical tinkering.
• Ability to apply theoretical/textbook concepts in practical, real-world applications.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Competent in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organization, documentation, and writing skills.
• Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and work in a highly team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Participation as an active member of the Fab 4 ERT (Emergency Response Team).
• Ability to meet the requirements of the ERT physical.
• Must pass a physical, fit test, and medical clearance for the use of a tight-fitting respirator (SCBA full-face mask level).
• Must maintain physical requirements for wearing SCBA full-face mask level.
• Must be able and willing to travel for training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of CMP equipment, including AMAT Mirra and Mirra Mesa tools, DNSE AS2000 Post Clean and Daifuku Stockers, as well as wafer handling tools such as Kensington, Recif, and Cybeq sorters.
• Troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and mechanical problems.
• Work safely with systems that contain radiation, electrical, mechanical, liquid, and gas hazards.
• Disassemble, adjust, and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and OEM manuals.
• Present issues and solutions to the group.
• Plan effectively, re-prioritize, and ask for help when needed.
