About The Position

At Collins Aerospace, we’re not just building components—we’re advancing the technologies that will define the future of aerospace and defense. We’re looking for a hands-on Additive Manufacturing technical professional who is excited to work at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, engineering, and production. In this role, you’ll be a key technical resource within our additive manufacturing value stream, helping transform innovative designs into reliable, production-ready hardware. You’ll work directly with advanced additive manufacturing equipment, support machine operators, prepare production build files, troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues, and partner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and OEM experts. What makes this opportunity unique? You’ll have the opportunity to build deep expertise in additive manufacturing while making a direct impact on equipment performance, quality, productivity, safety, and continuous improvement. Your work will help ensure that cutting-edge aerospace components are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, technically hands-on, and driven to solve problems. The right person will enjoy working on the shop floor, collaborating across engineering and operations, learning new technologies, and finding better ways to make processes more capable and efficient. If you’re ready to take your additive manufacturing expertise to the next level and help shape the future of aerospace manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
