About The Position

This role plays a critical part in the smooth flow of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations by managing the receipt and induction of incoming repair orders under general supervision. The individual will serve as the primary point of accountability for reviewing incoming repair documentation and ensuring accurate, timely induction into the production system. This includes proactively collaborating with customer support, planning, production supervision, engineering, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies or issues that may delay processing. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling tasks of moderate to intermediate complexity and contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming repair purchase orders for accuracy and information completeness.
  • Works closely with customer support team and planning team.
  • Ensure incoming repair orders are processed and inducted into operations correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Create appropriate sales orders in SAP to support the repair purchase orders.
  • Identify appropriate work scope and assign corresponding tasks list to SAP work order.
  • Print work orders/routers and match with corresponding parts.
  • Provide backup and/or support other team members within the department and serve as a resource on several topics.
  • Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as set by your leader and position.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned including working extended shifts/overtime as required by the business.
