Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
3 years of experience in the financial industry.
Analyzing and organizing business processes.
Process and workflow capture techniques.
Mapping and documentation.
Utilize workflow tools such as Microsoft Visio.
Experience with software development concepts.
Process improvement and quality management principles such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

Create and update policies, procedures, and reference documents for Bank processes.
Create job aids and draft letters/forms used for Bank products.
Maintain appropriate styles to meet documentation guidelines.
Manage scheduled updates for procedure documentation, coordinate process changes through change control, and submit changes to the knowledge management system.
Provide indirect coaching and review of documentation across the Bank.
