Dynabook Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to support various aspects of service and support organizations that meet and exceed customer expectations for the U.S. and Latin America Region. This role involves supporting data gathering methods and reporting needs, providing leadership and guidance to resolve technical support escalations, and possessing strong communication skills for a multidisciplinary, cross-functional role. The engineer will support and communicate with multiple departments, including part planning/logistics, technical support engineering, customer service, sales, marketing, and IT.
