About The Position

CACI is seeking a Senior Technical Scrum Master and Agile Coach to support the CURFEW contract. The work includes operations and maintenance for a production system, designing and delivering new features, improving system stability, and reducing technical debt. The program is mature operationally but relatively new to agile, and the team is continuing to learn and refine its practices. The role facilitates Scrum events, coaches teams and leaders on agile practices, and removes impediments while balancing urgent operational needs with planned feature work. It works closely with product owners and engineering leads and uses technical knowledge to understand architecture, dependencies, and risks in a system relied upon by users. The position leads Agile product teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organization and supports the development of agile maturity, continuous improvement, and predictable, sustainable delivery. It provides strategic technical leadership aligned with client needs and program goals; supports program leadership with release planning, system design, and implementation as needed; and is responsible for team performance and documented deliverables. The role also facilitates team communications, updates the Program Manager and stakeholders, and prepares product-status briefings.
