About The Position

CACI is seeking a Senior Technical Scrum Master and Agile Coach to support the CURFEW contract. The role spans operations and maintenance of a production system, delivery of new features, improving system stability, and reducing technical debt. The program has mature operations but is relatively new to agile, and the team continues to iterate on its practices. The Scrum Master and Agile Coach facilitates Scrum events, coaches teams and leaders on agile practices, removes delivery impediments, and balances urgent operational needs with planned feature work. The role works closely with product owners and engineering leads, applying technical knowledge to understand system architecture, dependencies, and risks. The successful candidate will help product and engineering teams deliver value predictably and sustainably, improve agile maturity, and establish continuous improvement practices. They will support scaled agile practices and provide technical leadership aligned with client needs and program goals. The position requires a current TS/SCI clearance and may require up to 10% travel within the continental United States.
