About The Position

GDIT is seeking a Senior Technical Requirements Analyst to support the design, definition, and successful delivery of technical solutions across complex environments. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that guide development and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience working in a technical, product, business analyst, or requirements-focused role
  • Proven experience translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Understanding of software development practices and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced technical environments
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts
  • Experience with agile scrum methodology
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar
  • ITIL v4 certification
  • Experience with product roadmaps, technical design discussions, or enterprise architecture
  • Experience with business process mapping
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support development and maintenance of a clear technical roadmap aligned to business goals
  • Support the management and prioritization of the product backlog to support timely delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to ensure requirements are feasible and well‑defined
  • Support Agile meetings including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Support release planning and validation activities to ensure high‑quality delivery
