This role involves setting and driving team goals, partnering with Engineering stakeholders to develop hiring strategies, and ensuring recruiting process quality. The position is based in the Seattle office, operating in a hybrid environment with a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday), and offers up to four weeks of fully remote work per year. The Senior Manager will own the end-to-end health of their function's pipeline, drive conversion, and surface risks. They will also focus on developing their recruiters, coaching them to improve their skills and relationships with leaders.
