About The Position

Itero Group is seeking a Contract Full Lifecycle Recruiter to support the recruitment of permanent technical and professional talent. This individual will partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source top talent, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and experienced recruiting within a fast-paced consulting, technology, or government contracting environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical and professional talent.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting within consulting, technology, or government contracting.
• Experience recruiting cleared and uncleared professionals.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain technical talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
