About The Position

Netradyne is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive hiring for critical, high-impact roles across engineering, product, and technical functions. This individual will operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, owning the full lifecycle recruiting process while elevating the quality, speed, and candidate experience across the organization. This role requires a recruiter who can deeply understand technical roles, influence stakeholders, and proactively build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in a fast-scaling environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting
  • Proven success hiring for engineering and technical roles in high-growth or scaling environments
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, data systems, or related domains)
  • Demonstrated ability to source and close passive candidates in competitive markets
  • Experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers
  • Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining high quality and candidate experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on and improving recruiting metrics
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven companies preferred

  • Experience recruiting for AI/ML, computer vision, or data-driven products
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into effective hiring strategies
  • Track record of improving recruiting processes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles (e.g., software engineering, AI/ML, data, embedded systems, product)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategy, role scope, and success profiles
  • Act as a trusted advisor, pushing back when needed and driving alignment on realistic timelines and expectations
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive, high-caliber technical talent
  • Develop strong pipelines across key technical domains, with a focus on diversity and long-term talent mapping
  • Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral screens to assess candidate fit beyond resumes
  • Drive a high-quality, consistent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
  • Manage and optimize interview processes, ensuring efficiency and strong interviewer alignment
  • Identify gaps in current recruiting workflows and implement scalable process improvements
  • Use data to track performance metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, quality of hire) and influence hiring decisions
  • Partner with Recruiting, HR, and leadership to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Represent Netradyne externally through networking, events, and targeted outreach in technical communities
