Epia Neuro is a neural technology company developing intent-driven systems designed to restore function and independence for people living with neurological conditions. Its platform integrates implantable neural interfaces, adaptive algorithms, and assistive devices to translate neural intent into real-world action. The company’s initial focus is stroke-related motor impairment, with expansion in cognitive decline and other neurological disorders, focusing on long-term solutions for the growing aging population. We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build the team behind the next generation of implantable neurotechnology. This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with company leadership and shape how talent is identified, engaged, and hired across the organization. You'll partner closely with engineering leaders to attract and hire exceptional technical talent across hardware, software, systems, firmware, machine learning, neuroscience, and related disciplines. You'll also support hiring across clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, and business functions as the company grows. As Epia's first dedicated recruiting hire, you'll build the recruiting function from the ground up. You'll shape our hiring strategy while owning the day to day execution that makes great hiring possible. This is a hands on role where you'll drive the full recruiting lifecycle. You'll source and close exceptional talent, coordinate interviews and onsite experiences, and continuously improve our recruiting processes. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the company, helping them make great hiring decisions and build high performing teams. This role reports to the COO and is based onsite at our Alameda headquarters.
