Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles at mid to senior roles
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to deeply understand roles across engineering, data, and digital domains
  • Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and talent scouting, not just inbound recruiting
  • A well-established network within technical talent communities
  • Experience operating in a consultative, business-facing role, influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Strong market knowledge across talent trends, compensation, and competitive dynamics
  • High ownership mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, shaping hiring strategies aligned to business priorities
  • Provide market intelligence on talent supply, compensation, and competitive landscape
  • Influence role design, leveling, and hiring decisions with data-driven insights
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level technical roles across engineering, data, cloud, and emerging tech domains
  • Translate complex technical requirements into targeted sourcing strategies
  • Deliver high-quality, diverse talent pipelines with a focus on both speed and quality
  • Build and leverage a strong, active network of top-tier technical talent
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies across platforms, communities, and passive channels
  • Continuously map and engage talent pools aligned to future business needs
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, skills, and talent trends (e.g., AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity)
  • Bring forward insights to inform workforce planning and hiring strategy
  • Act as a thought partner in shaping long-term talent strategies
