About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead delivery efforts on our Federal Reserve Board of Governors program. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for managing technical execution, customer relationships, financial performance, staffing strategy, and operational excellence across a critical federal program. This is a remote Position with occasional onsite travel. The qualified candidate must reside in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will serve as a trusted leader responsible for the successful execution of major programs and projects, ensuring exceptional performance across technical, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
  • At least 10 years in program or project management leadership roles
  • 5+ years leading projects and programs within the Financial Services industry
  • Experience managing multiple contract types and complex delivery environments
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and fostering strong customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of program financial management, staffing, and operational performance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
  • Working knowledge of customer processes, programs, and policies
  • PMP Certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Public Trust
  • US Citizenship required
