About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Platform team. This team is responsible for the libraries, services, tools, and infrastructure that power game-facing products and services across Activision. The role involves making online service development easier for colleagues and customers in Demonware and elsewhere in Activision. This position is anticipated to be a hybrid work role, with the home studio located in Vancouver, Canada.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in a technical environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
  • Organized self-starter with strong ownership and adaptability.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, M365 or similar collaboration tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating migrations, service rollouts, or operational readiness activities is a plus.
  • Ability to mentor fellow Project Managers and support high-performing teams.
  • Scrum Master AND/OR PMP or PRINCE2 qualification
  • Experience supporting internal platform or infrastructure teams, including products and services used by engineers to build, deploy, and operate applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of key initiatives that power Activision titles.
  • Own internal customer relationships and manage stakeholders with different business and technical needs.
  • Have a level of technical understanding to be able to hold your own in high-level technical conversations, and represent your teams to customers and partners.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to align technical resources against strategic priorities and delivery goals.
  • Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, balancing competing priorities and managing complex technical dependencies.
