About The Position

SharkNinja is seeking a self-motivated Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) to join the New Product Development (NPD) group. The STPM acts as the “glue” within the team—aligning project direction and key decision points across all business disciplines. This role partners closely with Design Managers and Engineers, sharing responsibility for delivering NPD products to market. The STPM owns the “WHAT” (scope, goals, outcomes) while Design Managers/Engineers own the “HOW” (technical execution). The ideal candidate can understand complex technical challenges and translate them effectively for non-technical, cross-functional teams. This person will also contribute to select technical activities while demonstrating strong listening, influencing, and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or engineering (project management preferred)
• Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Solid technical understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Engineering background

• Experience in plastics or consumer household appliances
• Budget management experience
• Experience presenting to executive leadership or board-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CREO

Responsibilities

• Communicate project status, risks, and key issues to stakeholders
