We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers. You'll sit at the center of every new deployment — orchestrating the work between customers and Laurel's implementation engineers, keeping projects on track, and ensuring every go-live is high quality, not just on time. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable in a kickoff call with a customer's executive team and a technical deep-dive with an engineer. You translate complexity into clarity, manage competing priorities without losing momentum, and treat Time to Value as a guiding metric — never at the expense of the customer experience.
