About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Platform team. This team is responsible for the libraries, services, tools, and infrastructure that power game-facing products and services across Activision. The role involves making online service development easier for colleagues and customers in Demonware and elsewhere in Activision. This role is based in our Vancouver, BC office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

Requirements

7+ years of project or program management experience in a technical environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
Organized self-starter with strong ownership and adaptability.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, M365 or similar collaboration tools.

Nice To Haves

Experience coordinating migrations, service rollouts, or operational readiness activities is a plus.
Ability to mentor fellow Project Managers and support high-performing teams.
Scrum Master AND/OR PMP or PRINCE2 qualification
Experience supporting internal platform or infrastructure teams, including products and services used by engineers to build, deploy, and operate applications.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of key initiatives that power Activision titles.
Own internal customer relationships and manage stakeholders with different business and technical needs.
Have a level of technical understanding to be able to hold your own in high-level technical conversations, and represent your teams to customers and partners.
Partner with engineering leadership to align technical resources against strategic priorities and delivery goals.
Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks.
Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, balancing competing priorities and managing complex technical dependencies.
