  • Undergraduate degree in a technical/STEM field or equivalent professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable priorities
  • Excellence in translating technical status into business impact for executive audiences and stakeholders
  • Deep proficiency in Jira (dashboards, workflows, configuration) and familiarity with tools like Smartsheet or Productboard

  • Ensure customer signals are reflected in a plan that respects the realities of AI-augmented development
  • Apply Adaptive Methodologies: Act as a hybrid practitioner across Agile, Kanban, and Six Sigma. Select and adapt the right framework based on the team’s current journey and project requirements
  • Lead Decision-Driven Reviews: Orchestrate program reviews with cross-functional leadership, providing the metrics and recommendations necessary to move projects forward
  • Continuous Process Evolution: Partner with engineering leadership to refine how the team plans and iterates, specifically optimizing workflows for an AI-augmented development cycle
