This role involves architecting and maintaining complex project schedules across multiple concurrent workstreams, driving disciplined meeting cadences, and owning the technical tooling, integrations, and reporting infrastructure that Project Managers and Program Managers depend on for decision-making. The position requires configuring and troubleshooting PM tooling, diagnosing root causes of data quality and reporting gaps, and building repeatable processes that scale across the portfolio. The Senior Technical Project Coordinator will proactively identify data integrity, tooling, and coordination risks, engage directly with technical stakeholders, and represent PMO standards in cross-functional settings. Additionally, this role includes mentoring and guiding junior coordinators.

Requirements

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Teams)
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow automations that support portfolio-level decision-making
  • Strong grasp of scheduling logic and dependency management across complex, multi-workstream projects
  • Root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose data quality or process gaps and design scalable fixes
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment and the ability to exercise autonomy — knowing when to solve independently versus escalate
