About The Position

We're seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex software initiatives and drive the successful delivery of customer-facing digital products. This role requires a highly technical program leader who can partner with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions while balancing business priorities and technical constraints.

Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
Proven experience delivering complex software development programs.
Strong Agile, Scrum, and SDLC expertise.
Experience supporting customer-facing digital products, websites, mobile applications, or e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of systems integrations, APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.
Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams.
Proven vendor management experience.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making across organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead complex software programs from planning through launch.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive delivery and remove obstacles.
Manage program roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, architecture, operations, and vendor teams.
Develop and support scalable system integrations and technical solutions.
Define testing, rollout, and launch strategies for new products and features.
Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to executive leadership.
Influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority to achieve program objectives.
