About The Position

This role sits at the intersection of key technical programs at Grow — where strategy meets execution and complexity gets turned into momentum. As a Senior TPM on the Match Success team, you'll drive the programs that directly determine how quickly and effectively Grow connects people to care. You’ll be part of a small and growing TPM team within the engineering org, reporting directly to the Manager of Technical Program Management. If you thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have a track record of driving impactful programs, we want to hear from you!
