About The Position

Highbeam is building the future of business banking and cash management with a platform that combines AI agents, automated financial workflows, and integrated financial products. The company has facilitated billions in sales for brands like Cuts, Tushy, and others, and its team includes alumni from prominent tech companies. Highbeam has secured $42 million in equity funding. This role is for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution across critical partner programs, including banking partners, card and payment vendors, and compliance workstreams. The goal is to improve the speed and predictability of external program delivery, reducing the need for leadership involvement in day-to-day coordination. This position is based in the NoHo, NYC office.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years TPM or technical program leadership experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or other regulated industries
  • Track record managing partner integrations with banks, card networks, or payment vendors (Unit, Galileo, Stripe Issuing, etc.)
  • Deep familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, BSA/AML, PCI) and how they map to engineering work
  • Strong systems thinking; can translate between compliance, product, engineering, and external partners
  • Comfortable shipping in ambiguity, with a bias for driving clarity and removing blockers
  • Experience leading incident response in money movement systems or other production-critical environments
  • Skilled at holding vendors and partners accountable to timelines and outcomes
  • Strong written communication; can produce clear, trusted program status for leadership
  • Comfortable with AI tools to accelerate program coordination and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution across partners like Unit, bank partners, card and payment vendors
  • Own the critical path for partner and compliance work, freeing leadership to focus on broader priorities
  • Own timelines, dependencies, and delivery for cross-functional programs
  • Translate between compliance, product, engineering, and partners
  • Drive pay-by-card, treasury, onboarding, and any future partner integration coordination
  • Own compliance and audit readiness (SOC2, BSA/AML, PCI)
  • Establish scalable processes for operating in regulated systems
  • Unblock engineering from external dependencies and ambiguity
  • Lead incident response and resolution across money movement systems
  • Ensure partner requirements are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered
  • Create clear, trusted visibility into program status for leadership
  • Hold vendors and partners accountable to timelines and outcomes
