About The Position

eClerx is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead an enterprise Oracle PPM/EPBCS and AI-augmented delivery engagement. The role is the single point of accountability for eClerx delivery across phases and workstreams, requiring technical credibility in Oracle Fusion PPM or EPBCS, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead client and executive discussions. The role is based in Austin, Texas, and is full-time. The position oversees solution architecture and delivery across Oracle PPM/EPBCS, OIC integrations, OCI, FDI data pipelines, and an AI agent layer. The manager is not expected to build or configure the solutions hands-on, but must be able to evaluate architecture decisions, guide technical reviews, and challenge designs when needed. The role also manages engagement governance, scope, risk, change control, budget and resource forecasting, and leads a multidisciplinary onshore/offshore team. The target US base salary is $175,000 to $220,000. Compensation depends on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise IT delivery.
  • At least 5 years in a client-facing engagement lead or program manager role.
  • Direct enterprise-scale delivery experience with Oracle Fusion PPM or Oracle EPBCS, including ownership of a delivery stream rather than support or testing alone.
  • Experience managing multi-workstream programs with 20 or more FTE across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Demonstrable experience managing difficult client conversations, such as scope disputes and timeline resets, while maintaining the client relationship.
  • Ability to operate in mid-level technical reviews and VP/Director-level steering conversations.
  • Technical credibility to evaluate Oracle architecture and delivery decisions, including Flexfield design, integrations, RBAC, and AI agent design.
  • Ability to distinguish appropriate deterministic Oracle data extraction from inappropriate use of an LLM to calculate financial figures.
  • Understanding of the importance of a data block certification gate before a Wave 1 agent goes live.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms, sufficient to review designs and ask relevant questions.
  • Exposure to AI/agentic delivery, including LLM integration, RAG, or agent development on any platform.
  • Direct experience with Program Studio or DataRobot.
  • Architecture-level experience with enterprise data platforms such as FDI, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Prior delivery experience at a complex enterprise client.
  • Experience navigating a formal procurement or RFP process as the incumbent partner.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for eClerx delivery across all phases and workstreams.
  • Lead weekly delivery standups, bi-weekly steering meetings, and monthly executive reviews.
  • Manage scope, risk, and change control across a multi-workstream program.
  • Build and maintain trust with senior client stakeholders and manage difficult client conversations.
  • Own oversight of the solution architecture across Oracle PPM/EPBCS, OIC integrations, OCI, FDI data pipelines, and the AI agent layer.
  • Chair architecture decision reviews and serve as the escalation point for integration design, Flexfield strategy, RBAC models, and agent runtime choices.
  • Forecast resource demand by phase and manage the onshore/offshore delivery mix.
  • Support pre-sales activity for the next phase of the engagement.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of Oracle functional specialists, OIC integration developers, AI/agentic engineers, data engineers, QA, and change management staff.
  • Set delivery standards, review quality, and hold the team accountable without micromanaging.
  • Develop the offshore team by providing the context needed for effective delivery.
  • Review work breakdown structures and assess whether estimates are credible.
