About The Position

We're growing quickly, and as our Product & Engineering organization expands, we're looking for someone who thrives on bringing clarity, structure, and operational excellence to fast-moving teams. As Syllo's Technical Program Manager, you'll own the operational pulse of Product & Engineering. Drive day-to-day execution of our software development lifecycle, maintaining alignment between teams without sacrificing speed. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous execution.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Engineering Operations, or a similar role supporting software engineering organizations.
Demonstrated success leading execution across multiple engineering teams in a high-growth technology company.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile, Scrum, Git-based development workflows, CI/CD, and software release processes.
Comfortable partnering with highly technical engineering leaders while effectively communicating with Product, Design, QA, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage many concurrent initiatives without losing attention to detail.
Strong judgment and the ability to balance competing priorities while helping teams make thoughtful tradeoffs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly proactive and self-directed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly and ambiguity is expected.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities
