About The Position

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Growth to join their team. This role is crucial for transforming ambitious growth visions into measurable results. The TPM will work at the intersection of product, engineering, data, marketing, and go-to-market teams, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue. The position emphasizes embedding growth into every product experience, experiment, and strategic decision. The TPM will enable experimentation at scale, empower teams, and support Superhuman's mission to transform communication. This role is part of Superhuman's hybrid working model, offering a blend of focus time and in-person collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years driving growth or product programs in fast-scaling tech companies.
  • A track record of designing systems that scale, including frameworks, processes, or tools that facilitated adoption and organizational speed while maintaining protection.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across technical concepts, business priorities, regulatory requirements, and executive strategy.
  • Self-starter who connects dots others miss, gathers context, identifies gaps, and charts the path forward.
  • Ability to juggle multiple high-stakes initiatives without losing sight of strategic goals.
  • Decisions informed by data and impact driven by relationships; ability to bring metrics and evidence to discussions while understanding stakeholder motivations.
  • Adaptable approach based on audience needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional growth initiatives from 0 to 1, leading strategic programs to unlock new growth channels (e.g., referral programs, viral loops, new markets, freemium-to-paid conversion).
  • Navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact on key growth metrics.
  • Scale successful growth tactics across the organization by driving rapid adoption of winning experiments across products, geographies, and user segments.
  • Create playbooks to enable teams to replicate success and build leverage by turning one-off wins into repeatable growth engines.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between growth opportunities and execution velocity, partnering with senior leadership to translate market insights, user behavior data, and competitive dynamics into actionable growth programs.
  • Drive acquisition, retention, and monetization without compromising product quality.
  • Establish growth ops and tooling, implementing systems like experiment management platforms, feature flagging infrastructure, audience segmentation tools, and analytics frameworks to reduce friction in the growth process.
  • Enable teams to move from idea to experiment to production rapidly.
  • Champion Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles by embedding growth thinking into product development from the ground up.
  • Ensure new features are designed with virality, retention, and monetization in mind.
  • Transform product experiences into growth engines through thoughtful instrumentation and optimization.
  • Champion a growth-minded culture by fostering open dialogue about hypothesis testing, learning from failures, and sharing insights.
  • Make growth expertise and data accessible across the organization.
