About The Position

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Analyst to lead technology programs as part of a significant technology transformation journey. This role involves creating next-generation products and platforms to enhance customer and partner experiences and support the company's vision of mobility for all. The position requires strong technical acumen, program and stakeholder management, and a focus on process optimization. The Senior Technical Program Analyst will be hands-on, driving the delivery of critical business initiatives by managing all aspects of the program, including planning, risk management, communication, and implementation. This individual will act as a technical problem solver, anticipating bottlenecks, identifying innovative solutions, and balancing business needs with technical constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive technology experience, including software development and hands-on management of complex technology programs in partnership with engineering teams.
• Established track record in managing large customer-facing, cross-functional project initiatives.
• Drive collaboration with diverse teams to enable the development of high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability and follow-through.
• Proven ability to lead the development of technical roadmaps with a deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota support or sponsorship for immigration-related employment now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• AWS Practitioner Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Engineering).
• Master’s degree or an MBA.
• PMP certification.
• Experience working in the financial and banking industry.
• Experience managing the delivery of SDKs, CX Frameworks and SaaS products.
• Experience managing programs/projects on public cloud platforms such as AWS.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and cross-functional technical programs.
• Create the program structure and shared alignment with teams to deliver business and/or engineering objectives.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities by breaking down complex challenges into manageable parts and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate launch planning among various teams to synchronize program milestones across multiple workflows into a unified timeline that satisfies both business objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify blockers and escalate issues appropriately.
• Support program governance, ceremonies, and decision tracking.
• Maintain accurate program documentation.
• Assess risks, develop risk mitigation plans, anticipate bottlenecks, manage issue escalation, and collaborate with Product Management on potential tradeoffs, balancing business needs with technical considerations.
• Manage the intake queue by prioritizing and triaging incoming requests, ensuring all tasks are appropriately categorized, assigned, and tracked to meet business objectives and timelines.
