Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager

MicrosoftRedmond, WA
$106,400 - $222,600

About The Position

The Microsoft Global Industry Marketing team focuses on bringing Microsoft's agentic platform and its Intelligence + Trust value differentiation to life within specific industry verticals. The mission is to guide customers through their AI transformation by translating Microsoft's platform capabilities into high-impact, high-value use cases that drive AI innovation and business results for their respective industries. This involves close collaboration across product, engineering, field, and partner ecosystems to accelerate customer time to AI value realization, ensuring a clear and credible path from Microsoft's technology to desired business outcomes. As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager on the Global Industry Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the technical go-to-market strategy for priority industry use cases. This includes developing the technical assets and readiness programs necessary to bring these use cases to life across the field and partner ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of product marketing, engineering, field teams, and partners, transforming technical capabilities into accelerated, industry-specific value realization. This role is focused on building new initiatives rather than maintaining existing ones. You will have the opportunity to define the design of Industry use case reference architectures, the packaging and delivery of Industry accelerators, and the scaling of repeatable, use case-anchored agent patterns through the field and partners. In close partnership with product teams (Azure, AI business solutions, Security) and the Microsoft Frontier Company (a new unit focused on enterprise AI deployment outcomes), you will shape the technical narratives, define the bill of materials, and develop contextual reference architectures for priority use cases. These will be mapped to Microsoft's platform and value differentiation, translated into outcomes that customers can readily understand and act upon. Subsequently, you will collaborate with Industry CTOs and Industry Technical Product Marketers to operationalize this foundation. This will enable each industry team to adapt the core strategy to their specific verticals and use cases, ensuring a consistent foundation while maintaining relevance to their customers' realities. Serving as the crucial link between Microsoft's technical capabilities and high-value industry scenarios, you will represent the voice of the field, partners, and customers. Your role will involve validating what drives impact, identifying gaps, and continuously refining the Industry technical assets and the overall go-to-market approach. This is a strategic, high-visibility position for an individual who possesses fluency in both AI technology and the commercial buying journey, with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable customer outcomes. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we foster a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to achieve our shared goals. We uphold our values of respect, integrity, and accountability daily, cultivating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
